If NSAV CEO was a frugal man, he would have gotten ONE Real business going before supposedly starting twenty on PAPER and giving away shares of a company with no Revenue and a company that exists only on a website....LMAO But technically you could describe NSAV CEO as a FRUGAL Bullsh#tter

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
