The Carmichaels are criminals. I know for a fact that they keep changing law firms because they do not pay their bills in a timely fashion. I can name the law firms which once represented them, its up to ten or more in the last 4 years. They are being repped at the present by a small firm in Newport specializing in white collar crime. No joke. And they have friends at the SEC????? Ask Elisabeth Grimm from the SEC who just revoked the stock and filed the complaints against Ubiquity. You know why they get away with these crimes because no investor will sue them. You all bitch and complain but you never go to the FBI regarding this fraud or even sue the Carmichaels as individuals. Face it, you're part of the problem hence it goes on.
