Well, I see JT had a "Twitt Fit" this morning.

I heard Naomi resort is back on I-HUB. Our[sic] they jealous that we still have the property? Still generating revenues?

Not at all "jealous", what's to be "jealous" of? It's about ANGER. Yep, it ANGERS me that I was mislead on March 13 concerning Naomi Village Resort and I find it hard to let it go. What type of CEO would PR something great about property while it being in foreclosure at the time and not inform potential investors that it was? Yep, pissed me off. Simple as that. It's also about INTEGRITY, which I don't think JT has much of.

I don't get it. I thought these guys were shareholders? If they are, the fact that Naomi is still ours is good news not bad. Suspicious huh?

I AM a shareholder, but far less than before. Imo, Naomi is NOT "theirs" anymore so why pretend it is? They are holding on to it only by litigation and I don't think he should be able to get away with his being disingenuous about it. Naomi was sold at bank auction on May 24 and the latest court case shows it was all done properly no matter the objections by JT/wife/attorney.

Maybe Max and Jeffrey are posting on I-HUB using aliases?

So there they are. "Smart ass" comments. Yeah, like the attorney who was in charge of the bank auction (Max Lieberman) and the, supposed, new owner "Jerry Jei" (who is this "Jeffery" he speaks of anyway??) have since registered with IHUB just to post about Naomi. lol. Nah, I'm neither of them and I was pissed off long before that May 24 bank auction sale about Naomi.

I have explained the Naomi issue 100 times? Korean bank overvaluing property in 2009 refinancing. 2014 winter storm massive damage,

And the courts have ruled against him time after time showing that his counter claims and excuses are BS.

Don't let these moronic criminals lie to you any longer

Nice. frown So by presenting the actual court case results, and links to them, "we" are the liars and "moronic criminals". Right. lol.

“I said, ‘As soon as I get the insurance, I’ll pay you,’” she recalled.

And, so , apparently she didn't and, subsequently, accumulating a debt of over $1,800,000.00 before the bank got fed up and, finally, sold the property.

Insurance company didn't pay our claim for damages. Just settled that case in the summer

Oh, so the BANK settled but JT didn't settle. JT, I guess, then, was FORCED into an agreement. LOL! More deception, imo. Probably closer to the truth is that JT settled with the insurance co. for what he could. Simple. I mean, that is what a "settlement" is. Two (or more) people agreeing to something. Go figure.

We are now suing our current lender, who bought our loan from the original Korean bank. The original Korean bank is the culprit here.

Of course he is. What else is new? Serial-litigants are what they are to me. NO! HIS WIFE IS THE "CULPRIT" FOR NOT PAYING THE MORTGAGE FOR YEARS! But yet everyone else gets the blame while the courts have repeated say those to blame aren't really to blame. Incredible! But, meanwhile, won't the debt owed still rise? Hopefully, the judge will see through the delays and just dismiss their lawsuits. THEN everyone can, finally, move on.

This is all good. We have 20 acres for cannabis and hemp growing, dispensary, possible MJ lab testing and warehouse facilities.

No, it's not "all good." In fact it sucks. How could it be "all good" to lose Naomi Village Resort in a bank auction? Oh, and again, the courts have ruled against them with every appeal and have said everything has been done properly. It's all in the posted court judgment links. Just prolonging the inevitable with litigation is all and pretended nothing is going on. What I'd like to know is how they are getting the money to pay for all that litigation? How many lawyers do they have? Is this Naomi debacle slowing down the progress of NSAV Holdings, Inc?

How is this bad news guys? Having Naomi in our hands is great news and great for all NSAV shareholders.

IT'S BAD NEWS BECAUSE NAOMI VILLAGE RESORT WAS SOLD AT A BANK AUCTION ON MAY 24 AND THE LATEST COURT HEARING AGREED WITH THE BANK THAT IT WAS ALL LEGIT AND DONE PROPERLY SO IT'S NOT HIS WIFE'S PROPERTY ANYMORE AND JT HAS NOBODY TO BLAME BUT HIS WIFE FOR NOT MAKING THE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS FOR YEARS! (Or, well, perhaps, also, a person who might told her she could do that and get away with not paying it!).

But JT now actually seems somewhat ARROGANT AND BOASTFUL about how they have been able to stay there for YEARS without even paying the mortgage. And it's even generating "revenues". Right, going to the bank, no? And, no matter, that they have lost numerous lawsuits about it. And now here comes yet another one. frown Frankly, I hope it gets dismissed and they finally get evicted. Indeed, perhaps they can make one of the breweries their new "Headquarters" with cheap monthly rent?

Focus on signed contracts for Tiger Beer in China.

Why? Frankly, to me, Tiger Hemp Beer isn't anywhere NEAR as intriguing as the Naomi Village Resort debacle is. But, hey, if JT wants people to move on then perhaps he and wifey should move on themselves and let the new owners, who bought the Resort at bank auction legitimately, finally take over their property. Just admit who's at fault (non-payment of a mortgage for years often brings on foreclosure, duh!) and stop the litigation. Perhaps THEN everyone, including myself, can finally move on.

JMOs (But not the court stuff, which is FACTUAL!) <~~~~ wink

$NSAV frown
