Yes, internet connectivity, as I POSTED IN MY POST, is NOT the same as listing your entire inventory online.
And no, non-online stores DO NOT list their ENTIRE inventory online as an SOP. Deals and specials, sure.

Again, I lived in South Korea and have lived in Asia of and off for over 16 years. I've started up businesses there, managed businesses there, and consulted new business starts ups and ongoing businesses there.
