I dont doubt that the rules appear to be broken. However, for the fact that NO legal response of any kind leads me to believe that all the rules are being followed, just not made public as per judges orders. The timeline for every rule has came and went. If they were violated then we would at least hear about that dont you think. OTC people just dont have the patience for the legal issues.
