Perfect Chain regains his original company after he absconds with technology he procures under it and uses its shell to facilitate it. In my humble opinion of course along with a crap load of cash. The King of Bio Tech couldn't have done it better. Am I missing anything here!

My post are my opinions, and are based on the deep intellectual understanding of the pool guy. I have no advice only fun.
