No, I don't think so. Gordo is a pretty good poster. I don't think he has a lot of experience in the OTC and in his view an RS might help, but it won't at this PPS. When an RS might really help UATG is once the price gets to .50 to .75 then it is quite common for a company to RS, say an 8 for 1 or so to get on the NASDAQ, before then it's pretty senseless, IMO.
