$0.0001 is getting closer. I might buy 100 million shares of UOIP, but the way things are focusing it looks like it will be many years before I receive any funds. Carter by then will have diluted the company to worthless. What is left will go his way because he controls all. Any chance UOIP is becoming a SCAM?
