What does everyone think of this part :

We have tons of capital; it’s just off the books at Treasury. In our case, we have $140.5 billion. It’s at Treasury; it’s so large we’ll never need it.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting it but sounded like confidence, frustration, and poking the Corker bear all in one swoop.
