"Ignorance is bless" as they say...! If you had any clue about what's happening here you Bozo...it would be obvious Marc is not taking another miserable flight from Toronto back to Beijing for the ump-teeth time to beg for more money!

Shareholders & Board evidently ??? held out long enough for more money & NOW they are getting it! It doesn't take a genius to realize he would never be making another trip back to China unless more money for Sino-top was already in the bag!!!
