I am not the one making definitive statements sir.

I am here because of patents and potential (which I personally see quite a bit of from reading have done. I may well be wrong and nothing at all will come of it).

If potential was at the stage of 'proven to reached' then I would know what to list and the price would quite likely be drastically higher. Seems to me buying prior way to make significant money.

So for the record, I don't 'know' anything for certain, but your statements (at least read) like you do... so I thought it made sense to ask you how you know that.
