My mom and two friends also have it; it is a very serious problem. Myself, I got lucky; I was in a test group for this shingles shot when they researched to see if it could be given to 50 and 50-plus year olds; I was so happy to hear after a year that I was one of the lucky ones that got the shot and not the placebo.
