I'll "spin" it as SGMD raised funds to increase ownership/distribution rights on Stix..I've always hoped Jimmy would leverage any Stix financial weakness in SGMD favor...Appears he has, now wow us with Stix marketing campaign!

Who's financing Budlife R&D? If 50% JV,could be a a considerable expense...Prototype 4 mentioned, how many more to go? Who is head honcho overlooking product development and his qualifications?

SGMD has to spend a few bucks on new MJ packaging Shopify website..Supposedly some of the lighting products being built in-house? SGMD cash poor and would need additional operation funds by issuing CD..
