WinCar3 (aka Info3), there is only one thing certain (or locked up) for us LIEG voters and it is the SEC acknowledged merger doc (Click Here)

There is no mention of anything "locked-up" in that governing document... and that document rules over all the pre-hype you want to believe as already cast in stone in your black Bearing heart.

All that PR/one-sided-promo/scare-tactic pap you cite (which was not delivered to us LIEG shareholders by our BOD) would be laughed out of any SEC investigation or court in America as just so much Canadian tilt-in-our-favor "cheer-leading" scare-tactic.

It ain't over 'tll the fat lady sings... and she ain't finished yet.
