So here is everything on the litigation against Genesis from the beginning. Looks like Plaintiff found out Genesis transferred the funds to Pizz et al, for no consideration (i.e. fraudulent conveyance) and Plaintiff is looking to claw back the money from Pizz or have him so consideration, which he can't.

In any event, Osceola still has their kitchen which they make money on, including selling illegal drugs, which is the primary biz for Pizz. Afterall, he did 5 years hard time on charges previously.
