Yup... Seems silly to add a click to return. Why would anyone want to stay on the TOS page ?

The new tos format doesn't return to the message. Is this a new feature or is it just me, the only one in 10,000 members mentioning it?

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
