Great question and one I can not answer yet. I have excluded all of the "extras" from consideration until I find out they have happened. I don't know if it is a case of it takes time to close these deals or if they are done and simply haven't been announced or if the deals were scrapped and they are never going to happen.


BUT

They are moving into their seasonally strongest q's and the previous years comps should be smashed since they had two of their tankers dry docked last year for repairs.

Uplisting, adding 2 more ships to increase to 6, Cypress shipyard and other issues are being ignored by me until they happen.
