Sounds like he talking about MEXUS

How so? Mexus has had no thorough geologic studies done, and hasn't been explored to the level that most projects are done. Hence, it has no reserves.

I'm not sure a major would be interested. Further, assuming they can make a go of the mine, they may not need outside interest.
