Wow..the crack Qsep team must now be urging insiders to go door to door to authorize the wrongful and toxic dilution of the company by the creation of the absurd new class of preferred shares and will serve to continue it's wonton soup of creative financing and ownership redistribution! Now everyone is clued into why members of the BOD converted shares before they needed too..simply a way to sway the results. It's legal but a bush league approach and typical for this company and it's ongoing tomfoolery. Another clear indication that nothing has changed.
