IFON to 30c soon; why

1. Verykool is losing money, almost $0.75-1M a Q
2. After the merger, verykool will, probably, be shut down, imo
3. CoolTech has been losing money and will, imo, lose more as Apple sales go down
4. The merger has cost $1-2M; that precious cash is gone!
5. Don't have to count on the upcoming RS for the IFON to drop to 30c

Do your DD to buy/sell IFON. Good luck!
