I think it's a bit higher if you add in Randal Kirk's shares. Mark Rimer (Chenies Investor) and Randal Kirk (Third Security) converted a bunch of Preferred after Transgenomic (TBIO) merged with Precipio a couple of months ago. And right before the merger, there was a 1 for 30 R/S. I made a ton on the rise from 4.40 to $20.00 that occurred after the split. The merger was accompanied with a return to Nasdaq and the pps went crazy for a couple of days. I'm back in from $3 on down.
