STAF NEWS - 9/22/2017 - Richard L. Jackson filed a "Statement of acquisition of beneficial ownership", which is also known as a 13D. In the filing, it appears as though Richard L. Jackson owns 9,411,019 shares. This represents 42.2% of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc..
