No, Hop-On violating securities laws
Note that Nevada even had to remove Hop-On's central key index. Not good.
No registered agent. The previous one resigned in January, and Hop-On has still not satisfied Nevada securities laws, and remains in default.

Also, not current on OTC Markets.
Also, California took away Hop-On's authorization to conduct business.
