LoL, Bill didnt finalize anything, the NACSV/Dekle/Ramsay Litigation
was in favor of the the suing partners. GDSI is just paying or will pay the judgment. It's not like that lawsuit was a goal Bill wanted to achive. The lawsuit was something he had no choice but to participate in .
The issues at hand are indeed why GDSI has been somewhat stable, no one that holds stock really wants to sell at this level(Many are in at higher prices)the volume has been so light it doesnt move much because there are very few buyers. but since this last high a bit back daily it has dropped a little and will continue to do so uintil something of real substance happens
