All public companies are REQUIRED to file QRs with the SEC. That is why UOIP is DELINQUENT and has a "Buyer Beware" designation.

You're misleading people making it sound like UOIP is special somehow and doesn't have to file and isn't responsible for leaving shareholders in the dark concerning its finances.
