Look at the history of Hansen Gray (wasn't an SEC filer). It owned NAPPTour, where Waldrop was CEO and Joseph Wade was President.

I hope Waldrop is being honest, because if Wade is at all involved, that is bad news. Joseph Wade Mezey is a parasite, and I think the SEC will nail him finally soon.
