RealDutch, liquidity ultimately moves markets. If some of these institutions who have millions of $'s to commit start competing with each other to acquire shares then the "people" you talk about can remain as skeptical as you say but the price will move up like crazy.
The reason I am personally so excited about financing is not because of the announcement in and of itself but because it has been stated this is a milestone institutional investors are waiting for before committing capital. On top of that, there is the ability to buyback shares/pay a cash dividend, but as I said ultimately it is liquidity that drives prices.
And I don't know too many people who will actually start selling after a loan announcement of $100-$150 especially after the price starts to steadily increase. In fact, as institutions start initially moving the price up, I would bet it would actually cause more and more shareholders to be less willing to sell, thus causing prices to move higher even more. (Kind of the opposite of what we are currently in, selling begets more selling)
