In reality - you can name only 3 key companies that have spend sufficient time on P53 drugs - Roche- Aprea-Ipix

No other oncology companies have spent time and money on this area - like PD1,PDL1,CDK

There is a reason for such pass given by other BP - the science is in infancy and no one has proven that P53 activation will actually shrink tumor

So till someone proves - it will remain theory
