There's a reason why biotechs are trying to develope an effective p53-activating drug decades after decades (just ask Roche). I highly recommend Sue Armstrong's p53: The Gene That Cracked The Cancer Code book to those who are interested in learning more.

Same way Amyloid reduction was supposed to have Alzheimer improvement. Lily drug showed amyloid control or reduction but no ALZ impact and it was called failure.
