I detest the way Waldrop took short-cuts with the company with toxic convertible notes.

I heard back today from him, and he stated that the company has never taken any capital from Joseph Wade.

Wade is a very dangerous scammer who used to work closely with Waldrop at another penny stock failure. I hope for the sake of shareholders that this is indeed correct that Wade is no longer involved at all with the company.
