This sale of equity has me really ticked. Just when this thing is about to make money, they potentially could sell 25% of the company at 85 cents on the dollar while diluting out shares. Most companies use the equity as security instead of selling it. If they can't pay back the loan, then the lender receives equity. I don't understand why they skipped the part where they didn't have to give equity if they have the funds to service the debt. The only positive I can see is that since TURD is basically a financing operation for the MJ industry, maybe these guys can teach them how to structure debt in the future. From what I have seen, they obviously don't have a clue.
