Ok, thanks. In other words the lenders must have the Siaf shares back before the dividend, otherwise they cant deliver the Triway shares before Triway is open for trade at HK (it will be hard to accumulate outside the market). Im sure that Solomon let these guys play, and that Siaf has given them terms that provides an easy exit from any of these commitments.
