That is obviously NOT what I or any other savvy investor wants. Any one can apply for anything. That doesn't mean it will be granted. Especially since it appears that the terms of the PSC which define what needs to happen in order for the appraisal period to kick in have not been met.

It is NOT being negative to discuss this. It is vital DD that every investor should be talking about. Anyone trying to sweep it under the rug raises suspicions for me.
