Why are you not talking about the million shares they gave away to make the brewhouse happen. It's clear as day in the financials in 2016 if you actually read it lol.

I've heard of many notes that have deferred payments for 12 months. Then the first payment finally becomes due. You are giving your opinion by saying this missed payments. First payment may not be due till Jan 2018. No proof they missed a payment.
