I hope 6-12 months is a joke, unless you mean in 6-12 months it'll be continuing to be a monster after blowing up in the next 1-2 months.
JN alluded to the third quarter ending in September, imo suggesting we should know something with the new budget.
I appreciate that things take time, but Dark Lady said we should give it a year. The settlement was in September of last year. It's been a year. If you're saying another 6-12 months, that's two years. By then all the hurricanes will have dried up and this year's govt budget will be irrelevant.
What will be will be. I'm just hoping your 6-12 months is extremely hyperbolic
