Go to 17:30 in the presentation. He says they were supposed to start during Harvey week and then said "we think we will get this thing going by Friday". That would have been last Friday, 9/15. As a note, FDA regulations don't require you to update clinicaltrials.gov immediately. I know you have at least 30 days once you've started enrollment to update the site.
