Tired of waiting I sent this email to the FDIC on the 12th of September

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a common shareholder of Washington Mutual. Now we know that the Wamu RMBS Settlement between Deutsche Bank, FDIC and JPM is final (as of September 5th) I have some questions concerning these proceedings.

In the settlement document there was this sentence:

"Holders are reminded that settlement proceeds will be derived from distributions to be made with respect to the Trustee’s claims by the FDIC,
as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank. The precise amounts and timing of such distributions have not been announced by the FDIC, as receiver. The Trustee will issue further informational
notices to holders of WaMu Securities concerning the amounts and timing of settlement distributions."

Do you have any indication when these said amounts and timing will be anounced by the FDIC?

Greetings,

Xxxxxx

To which I got a reply (one week later):

Mr. Xxxx,

The information you are requesting will not be available until it is posted on the FDIC.gov website. Future correspondence regarding this matter can be directed to Janice Hearn, Assistant Director of DRR Customer Service and Claims Administration at jhearn@fdic.gov.

Thank you,
Sheri

Let us all please email this Janice Hearn or call them. Let them feel what we go through, with FDIC testing our patience.

I already asked them when they are planning to update the WaMu quarterly balance sheet, and when they will make the quarterly distributions to claim holders from the receivership.

Let's mail/call them to let them know we are tired of waiting in the dark!!!
