Paullee, I think you are beginning to do a more adequate job of DD and are learning I am not just a blind basher; rather, I am pointing out valid red flags here.

I have been saying for a long time it appears the damages were not calculated correctly. I have been saying I believed the appellate court would reduce damages, but payment would still come fairly quickly after the ruling. That all changed. I don't believe the appellate judges have enough information to compute proper damages. I think their only alternative is to remand the case back to the district court for a new trial on damages.

When you combine these oral arguments with the cogent case that Blue Coat and Palo Alto Networks attorneys made regarding the 408 patent, we could see multiple negative news events very soon.

I continue to hold no position as this could go either way. My best guess is the case gets remanded to the district court and the stock gets oversold to the $1.40 - $1.60 range where I would be a buyer.

We got into a pi$$ing match, but I hold no personal vendetta against you. I am pointing out real things and I believe you are catching on. The rest of the market is definitely catching on as the price continues to drop.
