Landenberg Thalman are investment bankers. They underwrite a lot of secondary public offerings for development stage biotechs companies. They are well regarded.
This is why there are a lot of development stage companies on the docket for its Conference. It is Landenberg Thalman's 'wheel house.'
This is what I hope and expect a few years down the road that Anavex will raise money by a well received and fully subscribed Secondary IPO to fully develop to its full potential.
