What PR are you referring to? He posted there will be a sharholder meeting on the date mentioned. I never read where he was ready to put out a PR other than announcement of the meeting that they do not really need us to vote to meet, since we do not have the majority vote. I am assuming they will announce some things at the meeting they are doing and like Frank said, introduce a new board member. If there is anything exciting to tell us, I would assume they will. I would suggest if have any questions one might want to be answered, that you write them down in an e-mail and send them to the CEO. I am hoping we do not have the opportunity to ask questions from the conference call live, as people have no idea how to mute their damn phones. I have been on conference calls where the company could not cut off open phone lines and had to listen to people doing business in their businesses, car doors closing and ding dinging in cars with keys in them, answering their dang land lines while keeping the cell line open, and purposeful noise to mess up the conference call. I am sure there are traders who would want to sabatoge the conference call if it were open to phone questions, so please do not allow. No one got any benefit from one like that. Send your questions in advance, so they know what you want to know the answers to.
