The News Release states that the Lab testing the
Pain Creams is an FDA approved Lab.

And so once its testing of the Pain Creams is
complete - and meets the FDA standards - then
the Pain Creams will be submitted to the FDA for
final approval.

The Pain Creams may already have been
submitted to the FDA for final approval for all
we know:
