I haven't seen anything but a PR from AG that says they successfully completed the transaction for the purchase of Nipton. What does that even mean? They put money in escrow? That's a transaction for the purchase. Not the purchase. Maybe it means they completed their due diligence transaction for the purchase? But not the actual purchase? Once again, AG is being less than honest.

Just like when they said they purchased TrackX or Truth Lighting or ....
I'll believe it when I see verifiable proof from an outside source.
