NGV's pollute !!! ZEV's do not. From the Yahoo message board: PNGGGJONES:

75 % of the diesel engines in California could be replaced by ZEV engines/motors. We need to find uses for the natural gas that is produced by landfills and livestock. It makes far more sense to burn NG in power plants or convert it to Hydrogen which is then used to power vehicles.
