You are the one who said they recently became incorporated because of MJ legalization, and how they did it because they were struggling. Just pointing out that your statement isn't true is all.

"Why do you think they are now incorporated now. These towns were struggling and counties were convinced to put forth new regulations to revitalize these towns because of the overwhelming evidence that the marijuana industry creates booming economic revitalization. This is not complicated."
