Its a question of what equity theyll be receiving in exchange. Are they buying back rimrock shares? What and how much are they getting?

The equity locked up for a year, so there is confidence moving forward, and it gives the owners incentive for the PPS to go as high as possible.

We can all estimate on what we think based on the numbers we have now, but i just dont think they are good estimates until we see the RM actually go through. Too many variables that could change the landing point right now
