Honestly I don't know. I know in the sales agreement it states that if LRS accepts the first installment then they have exclusive rights to it and ecolocap cant sell it to any other companies. It also states that ecolocap will manufacture or have manufactured the ecos bio art when they receive buy orders. Either way I don't think LRS can cut them out. JMO.
