They've been consistent with their news updates with about 1 a month and I like that they're focusing on the company itself and not worrying about inflating their share price through normal cheap penny stock tactics. Build a strong company and the share price will follow, not the other way around. As for the dilution, you can check the filings and see their rate of dilution and it's been incredibly modest by most penny stock standards, but the best part is they've actually made brilliant use of that capital they've raised. Ironically the things you are complaining about are actually some of the strengths of this play.
