MONTREAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / September 19, 2017 / Sunshine Biopharma Inc. (OTC PINK: SBFM), a pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of drugs for the treatment of various forms of cancer, today announced that it has completed negotiations of the terms of the previously announced private placement with its exclusive placement agent, Jitney Trade Inc. The offering will consist of up to 400,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock at a price of $0.025 Canadian (approximately $0.02 US) per share (the "Shares") for gross proceeds of up to $10,000,000 Canadian (approximately $8,000,000 US) (the "Offering"). If fully subscribed, the Shares will represent approximately 30.3% of the Company on a post Offering basis.
