If there was any hope of any type funding coming in 'soon', then Zack would have stayed with the company. It is not like he said something like 'got an offer from Boeing that I couldn't refuse'. He left a job where he didn't get paid to be unemployed and not get paid in any case. I would like to think that he is a rational guy. If it was me and any type of funding was 'close' then I would have stuck around. He seemed very passionate about the company and about being in the flying car business. I think we can take it as a sign that PSC and the reg A offering will not happen.
