Sorry to see you out but others on this Board hold more than Guy La Torre holds, 250,000 on the USA side is only $25K and if you go read Michael Constanzo departed as CEO - he gained about $80K for being replaced, Guy La Torre compensation isn't as good as Constanzo's for stepping down and then became the Technical Officer

I believe We've been sold and La Torre wants more stock, only 15M shares left in Company's Authorization of 100M shares and if he sold us right, he'll get some more Options - Here's his Employment Contract

Employment and Consulting Agreements
Guy La Torre
The Corporation entered into an Executive Employment Agreement (the “La Torre Agreement”) dated July 1, 2016 with Guy La Torre whereby he was retained to act as the Corporation’s CEO. The La Torre Agreement provides for the remuneration of Mr. La Torre at the rate of US$8,000 per month (the “Base Fee”). The Corporation may terminate the La Torre Agreement without any notice or any payment in lieu of notice for just cause. Mr. La Torre may terminate the La Torre Agreement for any reason by providing one month’s notice in writing to the Corporation. The Corporate may waive or abridge any notice period specified in such notice, in its absolute discretion. In the event the La Torre Agreement is terminated by the Corporation other than for just cause or is terminated by Mr. La Torre for good reason, then the Corporation will pay Mr. La Torre an amount equal to the Base Fee in effect at the date of termination for each complete year of service completed by Mr. La Torre.
In addition to the remuneration payable under the La Torre Agreement, the Corporation may grant stock options to Mr. La Torre.

30M shares set on the sidelines waiting to be Aquired by insiders for more than today's close

Outstanding Share Data
As at May 31, 2017 and the date of this report, the Company has:
Issued and outstanding common shares 54,752,024
Warrants outstanding 26,029,676 (average of $0.38 BTH)
Stock options outstanding 4,195,000 (average of $0.25 BTH)

My guess is $0.225 shortly and probably not stopping there
